Overview

The Student Support Concierge will be devoted to improving responsiveness to student inquiries by receiving initial queries, directing them to appropriate student support personnel, monitoring the progress of the student request, and following up on unresolved issues. This position will require the skills of a highly organized person with strong communication skills and customer service values.

Responsibilities

  • Providing swift and authoritative responses to questions from prospective and current students via telephone and email. This will require thorough familiarity with all aspects of campus life (training will be provided), from the Academic Calendar through the registration process and so on.
  • Tracking requests for information and following up to ensure student satisfaction.
  • Assembling and updating a database of Frequently Asked Questions.
  • Assisting with student orientations and registrations.
  • Assisting with event planning related to the promotion of student satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education/ Experience

  • Associates Degree required.
  • At least one year of office experience preferred.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Creative thinking and flexibility to deal with unexpected circumstances.
  • Effectively manage and organize daily tasks, independently and with a team, while balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines required.





Maximum Salary

USD $50,000.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary

USD $40,000.00/Yr.
