The Assistant or Associate Professor plays a pivotal role in the Master's Program in Education and Special Education in its various grade bands. Working closely with the Program Chair, the individual is responsible for designing and delivering program courses that focus on teaching STEM, AI, and technology in different grade levels, in addition to ensuring overall program effectiveness. The individual will also be responsible for participating in the development of a planned PhD in Learning Sciences for Transformative Leadership. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to equity, diversity, technology and inclusion in education and special education. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the professor advises and supervises master’s-degree candidates, actively participates in faculty collaborative learning, Graduate School of Education (GSE) committees, and demonstrates scholarly productivity.
