Assist in office clerical duties including, but not limited to the following:
- Manage filing system for the department Maintaining COM student files
- Responsible for front desk reception that includes answering incoming department calls, welcoming students, guests, and visitors, providing program information, and directing students to the appropriate office
- Handles general clerical needs of the office: copying, faxing, filing, and responding to telephone inquiries
- Assist with COM functions, ceremonies, open houses etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
