Overview

The Inventory and Supply Coordinator will manage the receipt, organization, accounting, and distribution of all supplies and materials needed for the Touro Dental Health Clinic, and the Touro College of Dental Medicine Pre-Clinic. They will utilize the Axium practice management system, or other selected software to record, maintain, and update the school’s and clinics inventory records. They will create internal orders, organize the supply room, and arrange for distribution of materials to the clinics and the school as needed. In doing so, they will work with the Director of Clinical Operations, the Director of Operations and Procurement, the Director of Sterilization, and the individual Dental Assistants in the Clinic.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Physically maintain inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment for the TCDM and TDH, in the Inventory Storage Facility located on the second floor of the Skyline building.
  • Organize and maintain the designated Inventory Management system for materials, supplies, and equipment, receiving training, producing reports, and creating orders to be placed as needed.
  • Create a distribution schedule that keeps all stakeholders well supplied at all times.
  • Utilize the TouroOne Buy System powered by Unimarket, to place requests to replenish the inventory levels and fulfill the orders from the list of authorized suppliers.
  • Use a system that scans items received from vendors into inventory
  • Produce reports, and schedule monthly meetings with the Vice Dean, and the Touro College and University System Executive Director of Operations and Procurement.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED Eqvlnt Required.
  • Bachelor of Arts Preferred.

Maximum Salary

USD $58,000.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary

USD $46,400.00/Yr.
