Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center is expanding its footprint and seeking applicants for two Legal Process (Legal Research and Writing) faculty its nationally recognized FlexTime JD Program at its new Great Falls, Montana campus starting in July 2027. Legal Process is a six-credit first-year course. Students receive three credits in the fall semester and three credits in the spring semester. In addition to the standard focus on predictive writing in the fall and persuasive writing in the spring, students are introduced to client interviewing. Touro's innovative FlexTime JD Program is a blend of in-person instruction (required only on Sundays) with online asynchronous coursework completed during the week. The program is specifically designed to meet students where they are, breaking down geographic and scheduling barriers. It provides students who may not be able to step away from existing careers and family obligations an opportunity to earn a law degree.
