Overview

Participate in all School of Health Sciences student success initiatives generated by the Associate Dean of Students and Innovation for the Dean's Office of the School of Health Sciences.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage the administration of project flow system organization and system development for all SHS student success initiatives
  • Support the coordination and integration of innovative technologies into SHS courses
  • Coordinate requests for new software
  • Support implementation of finding resources for and monitoring of approved accommodations for students with disabilities
  • Manage data related to students accommodations, technology, and services
  • Support the administrative management and flow of the OSDS process
  • Manage the administration of the SHS Software and Technology Services
  • Represent the office of the Dean at multiple SHS locations with positive professionalism
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Education/ Experience

  • Master’s degree preferred i.e. MHC MSW or MPA.
  • Professional Bachelor’s degree in a health science field will be considered

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

  • Background in technology
  • Experience in disability services or equivalent education preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as a high level of sophistication in professional settings
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

Travel

  • Travel to multiple campus sites

Physical Demands

  • Able to lift up to 5 lbs

Maximum Salary

USD $70,000.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary

USD $56,000.00/Yr.
